Parish bank accounts, statements and reconciliation to the ledger.
What it does
- Bank accounts with opening balance and a masked account number
- Import a bank statement CSV (duplicates are skipped) or add lines by hand
- Match each line to a posted ledger voucher, or ignore it
- Book balance and unmatched totals at a glance, with export
Who can use it
Staff in these roles: administrators, treasurers, assistant treasurers, finance officers, auditors, PCC members, churchwardens, the vicar, data-entry clerks. Administrators can always open it. The database decides which records each role may read, create or approve.
