Vouchers

A voucher starts as a draft. Only a posted voucher counts in the books. A posted voucher cannot be edited; if it was wrong it is voided with a reason.

• Draft: still being prepared, can be changed or deleted.
• Posted: part of the books.
• Voided: cancelled, kept for the record.

Accounts and balance

The Accounts tab holds the chart of accounts. The Balance tab shows the trial balance of posted vouchers.
