Common problems and what to do.

I cannot see a module

Your role may not include it. Ask a parish administrator.

A figure shows a dash

Your role cannot read that information. This is expected, not an error.

The page keeps loading

  1. Check your internet connection.
  2. Choose Try again on the loading screen.
  3. If it still fails, choose Reset sign-in on this browser and sign in again.

A page I used before has moved

Giving, ledger, requisitions, reports and the finance forms used to be in the staff portal and admin panel. They now live only in ERP Kanyange.
