Requisitions and cash
Offering counts, payment requisitions, fund transfers, petty cash, signing authority and period close.
The tabs
- Offering counts: the counted offering, signed off by the people the rules require.
- Payments: payment requisitions, from request to approval.
- Transfers: moving money between funds, with approvals and a bank confirmation reference.
- Petty cash: petty-cash vouchers.
- M-Pesa live: the live feed of M-Pesa payments.
- Signing authority: who may sign what, and up to which amount.
- Signatures and stamp: your saved signature and the parish stamp used on printed forms.
- Period close: closing a financial period once it is complete.
Approvals
Requests wait for a person who holds the signing authority. The person who prepared a request cannot also be the one who approves it where the rules require two people.
Closing a period is for treasurers and administrators only.
