What is recorded

Changes to financial records are written to an audit log with who did it and when. Audit and controls lets authorised officers search that log.

Protecting your account

• Use a password nobody else knows, and sign out on shared computers.
• ERP Kanyange has its own sign-in; do not enter your staff password anywhere else.
• If you think someone else used your account, tell a parish administrator at once.
