Member giving statements and pledges

Finding a member, printing their statement, and tracking pledges.

A giving statement

  1. Search for the member by name or member number.
  2. Choose the year. The statement shows giving by month and by fund.
  3. Use Print statement or CSV.

Only completed gifts that were not voided are counted. A member without a member number cannot be linked to gifts.

Pledges

Record a pledge with a fund, an amount, how often it falls due, and a start date. ERP Kanyange compares what has fallen due so far with what the member has given since the start date, and shows the arrears or how far ahead they are.

People with approval rights can mark a pledge complete or cancelled.
